Our very good neighbor - Good Bar!

Late summer doesn’t get better than this –

What we want to do every evening: 1) Trade heels for sandals, 2) walk one block east to Good Bar, 3) belly up to the bar and order something chilled, fruity, & brimming with summer goodness – the Japanese Commercial Bank #2 for instance. That’s a cocktail (just so you know) made with Shochu, (Japan’s other indigenous alcoholic beverage) lychee liqueur, yuzu and orange oil. So delicious that you have to remind yourself that there’s alcohol involved – sip and savor!!!

Food pairing? The roasted mussels, of course! We can’t get enough of this heavenly concoction of mussels, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, saffron, butter, and garlic croutons. Our advice - refuse the option to share with your friends. Get your own!
