Shipping & Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you’re not, no problem -- you have 14 days to return items for a full refund and an additional 14 days to return for a store credit.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. Please purchase tracking for your shipment; if a returned item is lost in transit and we are unable to track it, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/color, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 206-935-9400 so that we can hold the correct size/color for you. Once we receive your return, we will mail out the exchange. Clementines will reimburse the cost for your return shipping and cover the cost of shipping out the exchange.
Sale items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit.
Items that are marked down for clearance will always be marked “Final Sale” and may not be returned.
Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit within 4 weeks. We will mail you a gift card for the value of your item(s) once we have received it.

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours via USPS first rate or priority mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.
Shipping within the lower 48 states is FREE on orders that total $150 or more! For orders under $150, there is a $12 flat fee.
Alaska / Hawaii
There is a $25 flat fee on all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
There is a $45 fee on all orders shipped internationally. If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, additional tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the purchaser's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipped from Seattle, WA, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value for our own and the purchaser's protection.

When shipping items within our home state of Washington, we charge 9.6% sales tax.
If Clementines lowers the price on a full-price item you’ve purchased, we are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order’s receipt. Please be aware price adjustments are only refunded as store credit. Unfortunately, items already on sale are not eligible for price adjustments.
We reserve the right to deny any order that may warrant concern or suspicion. Clementines uses up-to-date technology to protect your information.
