All sale items are FINAL SALE.
We will accept returns or exchanges on online orders that are sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in unworn, undamaged condition with their tags still attached. If returning shoes, please send back in the original box. We will process your return once we receive the item/s in our store.
Full-price items may be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Anything purchased at clearance is FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange. We're always happy to provide additional info about fit before you purchase - just call us at 206.935.9400 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to advise you!

Email us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com to start your return or exchange. Tell us the items you wish to return, the reason for your return, and what item's you'd like to exchange for (if applicable). We'll email you a shipping label and more detailed return instructions.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/color, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 206.935.9400 so that we can hold the correct size/color for you. You are responsible for the return shipping fee on any returns or exchanges, however, Clementines will cover the cost of shipping the new, exchanged item back to you once we have received the item from you.
Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks. We will mail you a gift card for the value of your item(s) once we have received it.
Due to Covid-19, all items besides Apparel & Shoes will be final sale.

We provides free standard UPS shipping for domestic packages shipped to the Contiguous United States on orders totaling $250 or more before shipping, tax, and after any returns and discounts. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Please review the chart below for expedited shipping options and international charges. International clients are responsible for all international taxes and customs fees. We are unable to ship to PO boxe .
International shipping and returns.
If a client is shipping to a destination outside the US, taxes, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value depending on the destination country and the composition of the product(s) being imported. Items will be shipped from Seattle, Washington (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We do not refund international duties and taxes. Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping within the lower 48 states is FREE on orders that total $250 or more!
Alaska / Hawaii
There is a $35 flat fee on all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
There is a $65 fee on all orders shipped internationally. If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, additional tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the purchaser's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipped from Seattle, WA, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value for our own and the purchaser's protection.

When shipping items within our home state of Washington, we charge 9.6% sales tax.
If Clementines lowers the price on a full-price item you’ve purchased, we are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order’s receipt. Please be aware price adjustments are only refunded as store credit. Unfortunately, items already on sale are not eligible for price adjustments.
We reserve the right to deny any order that may warrant concern or suspicion. Clementines uses up-to-date technology to protect your information.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
